ArmsTrac Online runs on our own infrastructure, not a rented data-mining platform. Your collection isn't a product being sold.
This is strong operational encryption — not zero-knowledge. We can operate the service, so we can technically access data to support you. True end-to-end is on our roadmap; we'll never pretend it's here before it is.

It's the cloud edition of the same product — the same screens and features, running in your browser instead of on one machine. Desktop and cloud are separate; in this version they don't sync, so pick the one that fits how you work.
No. On the sign-in page choose "Activate with your ArmsTrac license," enter the key and email you already have, and we email you a link to set up your cloud account and choose a password.
Yes. It's encrypted in transit and at rest on servers we control, scoped so no other user can ever see your records. It is not zero-knowledge encryption — we're upfront about that in the Security section.
Always. Export your catalog to CSV or PDF, and generate an insurance schedule, any time. No lock-in.
It's a one-time charge for one year — nothing renews automatically. About a month before your year ends, we'll email you a link to sign up again for another year. You're never charged without clicking.
Yes. The first time you sign in (from your purchase email, or by activating an existing ArmsTrac license) we send a one-time secure link — you click it and choose your own password. After that you just sign in with your email and password.
